Privacy policy
1. Controller
Jorge Nuricumbo Morales - Software Development
ul. Ziemowita 11A/8, 53-678 Wrocław, Poland
Email: jorge.nuricumbo@nuxos.io
I have not appointed a data protection officer, as the law does not require one for a business of this size. For any privacy question, write to the email address above.
2. Summary
This website uses one small cookie to remember your language and no tracking or advertising cookies. Personal data is processed only when you visit the site (technical logs and anonymous statistics), when you email me, or when you book a call. I process it in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Polish data protection law.
3. Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. To deliver each page, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel processes this data on my behalf, and transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Website statistics
I use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses no cookies and cannot identify you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Cookies
The website sets one cookie, called "locale", to remember whether you read it in German or English. It contains only the language, is kept for one year and is needed for the website to work as you expect (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No other cookies are set.
6. Contact by email
When you email me, I process your email address, your name and whatever you write, to answer your request and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or because I have a legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I keep this correspondence for as long as the enquiry or the business relationship requires, and longer only where tax or commercial law requires me to keep it. My email runs on Google Workspace, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, which processes these messages on my behalf.
7. Booking a call
The "Book a 30-minute call" buttons open my booking page at Cal.com, run by Cal.com, Inc., USA. When you book, Cal.com processes the data you enter (name, email address, chosen time and any notes) and passes it to me and to my Google calendar. The call itself takes place on Google Meet, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may process technical data and, during the call, audio and video. I do not record calls.
The legal basis is the preparation of a possible contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The privacy policies of Cal.com and Google apply to their services.
8. Links to other websites
This website links to LinkedIn and Cal.com. These are plain links: no data is sent to these services until you click them. After that, their own privacy policies apply.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To use any of these rights, email me at the address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. The authority responsible for me is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl. You can also contact the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
10. Changes
I update this policy when the website or the services it uses change. Last updated: October 2026.
