Your customers are asking for AI. Let's put it in your product and your systems.
Built around your data, your workflows and your users, from first idea to production. It starts with a 5-day, fixed-price AI Check.
The demo was never the hard part.
A demo runs on a few clean examples someone picked by hand. Real data is messier, real systems have rules, and real users ask what nobody tested. That's where most AI projects get stuck.
Answers nobody can explain.
The AI gets something wrong and nobody can see why, so the team guesses and changes the prompt again.
Every AI call is traced, so you see which data, instructions and step produced each answer.
Documents it can't read.
It worked on clean PDFs. Then a scanned invoice from 2019 arrives, and what comes out matches nothing.
Document processing built for scanned and messy files, checked against what your system expects.
Nobody checks before it acts.
The AI answers a customer or writes into your system with nothing checking it first.
Answers measured before every release, guardrails while it runs, and a person approving what matters.
A bill nobody planned.
Every request costs money, and nobody sees how much until the invoice arrives.
Cost per request visible from day one, and simple tasks sent to cheaper models.
What AI can do inside your product and your systems
Built on .NET, Azure and Microsoft Foundry, inside the product and systems you already have.
AI features in your product
Smart search, chat and content generation your customers use every day, limited to what each user is allowed to see.
Documents turned into data
Invoices, claims, contracts and scanned forms become validated data that lands in your ERP, your CRM or your own database.
Assistants for customers and employees
Answers from your manuals, policies and records, where people already work: in your product or in Teams.
Automation across your systems
Multi-step work across your ERP, CRM and SharePoint, with a person signing off where it counts. Most tasks don't need this, and the AI Check tells you if yours does.
Five days first. Build only what's worth building.
AI Check
Five days on your real data and systems. On day 5 you get a written report and a readout.
What you get depends on where you are:
- You have an idea
- You find out whether it works on your real data, what it will cost to run, and how to build it.
- You have a pilot
- You get a plan for what it needs before it goes live, in order of priority.
- It's already live
- You get what to improve first, and a plan for the next step.
Build Sprint
I build it from the plan, or make the improvements from the Check. You get it shipped, tested and monitored.
Ongoing
I extend what I built, review new AI features before they ship, and keep an eye on quality and cost. You never have to explain your system to someone new.
From the first call to day 5
- Before you start
30-minute call
Free. We talk about your idea or project, and I tell you whether the AI Check makes sense.
- Day 1
Kickoff
Your team walks me through the idea or project, your systems and your data.
- Days 2–4
The work
I test it on your real data, or review what's built, and write it up.
- Day 5
Readout
The written report, next steps, and a quote for the Build Sprint if you want one.
What I've built
Enarmy
A study app for medical students: a learning path that adapts to each student, an AI that answers from official clinical guidelines and shows the source for each answer, and clinical cases written by doctors with AI assistance.
AI persona platform
A platform where creators build AI personas and paying users chat with them in real time. The personas reply, create images and videos, and speak, each on the AI model that fits the job. Built from scratch.
Ashampoo AI Assistant
From concept to a product on the shelf: an AI assistant Ashampoo sells to consumers on Windows and macOS. One desktop app for both systems, answers that stream in as the AI writes them, and a cloud backend that scales with demand.
For you, or not
For you if
- You sell a software product, or your team works in systems like Dynamics, SAP, SharePoint or Teams.
- You want AI in it: as an idea, a pilot, or something already live.
- Nobody on your team has taken AI to production yet.
- Someone above you wants results, not another demo.
Not for you if
- You want to train your own models from scratch.
- You want a chatbot demo next week without access to real data.
- You need a full ERP or SAP implementation partner.
About Jorge
I'm Jorge Nuricumbo, a freelance AI engineer with 12+ years in software.
What I enjoy most is the moment a tool stops being a demo and people start using it every day, without thinking about it. That's what I aim for in every project: AI your team or your customers actually use.
Based in Poland, working remotely for companies in Germany and across Europe, in English, German or Spanish.
Frequently asked questions
We only have an idea. Is the Check for us?
Yes. For an idea, the Check tests it on a sample of your real data and ends with a build plan, a running-cost estimate and a quote for building it.
What if AI isn't the right answer?
Then I'll tell you in the AI Check. Sometimes a good search or a simple rule does the job better and cheaper, and it's better to know that before you pay for a build.
Do we need AI agents?
Often not. Many features work with a single model call, and agents earn their place only when a task takes several steps. The Check tells you which one yours needs.
We run SAP, Dynamics or SharePoint. Can you connect to them?
Yes, through their standard APIs and Microsoft's connectors. I connect AI to your systems. I don't implement or customise the ERP itself.
Does it have to be Microsoft?
Azure and Microsoft Foundry first, because that's where most companies' data and identity already live. Foundry runs models from OpenAI, Mistral, Meta and others, so you're not tied to one provider.
Do you need access to our code or systems?
Yes, read-only where possible, under NDA. Your data stays in your own tenant, and nothing leaves the EU unless you decide it should.
Does our data train the AI?
No. In Azure and Microsoft Foundry, your prompts and data aren't used to train the models, and they stay in your own tenant.
What do you need from us for the AI Check?
Read access to the code or systems involved, a sample of your real data, and 2–3 hours from someone who knows them. For a pilot or something already live, also examples of bad answers and your usage and cost data.
What if you find nothing serious?
For a pilot or live feature, that's a result too. You have it in writing, which is worth having before a board review or a security sign-off.
Can you build it too?
Yes. That's the Build Sprint: I build the new feature or the fixes myself. The Check fee is credited towards it if you start within 90 days.
Remote or on-site?
Remote by default. On-site visits in Germany are possible when the work needs it.
Which languages?
English, German or Spanish. The report comes in whichever you prefer.
When can you start?
I take on a limited number of projects at a time. On the call I'll tell you the next free start date.
Let's find out if AI fits your product or your process.
Thirty minutes, no slides. You tell me what you have in mind, and I tell you honestly whether it's worth building and what it takes to get it running.
